Just your standard Queso... with a special ingredient. Tip: Use a crock pot liner for easy clean up.
1 block Blanco Velveeta Cheese
1/2 block creme cheese (4 oz)
1 can original Rotel
1 cup milk
Frito Bean Dip
1 cup sour cream mixed with 1/2 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1-2 Avacados, ripe seasoned wth salt to taste & lemon juice to keep from darkening
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Slized Green Onions
Sliced or Chopped Black Olives
Diced Tomatoes
Cover with water and cook 8-12 hours (use rounded amounts of seasoning)
1 pound pinto beans (2.5 cups)
2 pounds pork roast - lean
1 Tbsp cumin
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp chile powder
1 Tsp oregano
1 Tbsp picante sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Serve over Tortilla Chips & top with any or all of the following:
Grated mild cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Green onions, chopped
Avacodos or Guacomole
Tomatoes or Picante Sauce
Sour Cream
Sliced Black Olives
Jalapeno peppers
Slice French Bread 3/4 " thick
Layer standing up
Bread slice, Mozzerella Cheese Slice, Thin pressed deli meat (beef, ham, pastrami)
Place on heavy foil and top with
Mix of 1/2 to 1 stick melted real butter, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional : sprinkle with parmesean cheese
Seal in Foil
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
2 lb ground turkey or pork
1 large carrot chopped fine
1/2-3/4 zuchini, chopped and drained (really drained)
1 cup Napa cabbage, chipped and drained
4 green onions, sliced
2 eggs
wonton/gyoza wrappers
salt and pepper
3-4 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesami Oil
2 Tbsp corn starch (or more if too wet)
1/4 water (or more) for frying
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well.
Scoop into wrappers (not too much)
Put a finger into water and rub onto one edge of wrap to help it stick
Put in 1 layer on parchment paper so it doesn't stick to surface or each other
Heat non-stick skillet at medium high heat
Add oil and spread to cover bottom of pan
Add dumplings in one layer and with space between each one
Let fry for jusst 1 minute
Add 1/4 cup water and cover.
Cook on medium-high heat until crispy on bottom
Flip over to brown tops
Serve with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and apple cider vinegar
